To date, we’ve officially planted 6,886 native plants along The Whale Trail — and now we're seeing them flourish. We are incredibly grateful to all our community volunteers and local schools that have helped us to plant, nurture and maintain a number of native planting areas that are now taking shape. Today, those slender saplings are standing tall and thriving.

Spring is almost here, and planting season is in full swing

With warmer days on their way, our 2025 planting programme has kicked off. This month schools and Rotary will be helping us to plant at Riverlands.

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just keen to get involved, we’d love your energy and enthusiasm.
