Bridge installation on the Lindens Road to Koromoiko Airport section

Its been a busy week at the Whale Trail, with awesome progress being made at both ends of the trail.  The CMT construction team is working hard between the Koromiko Airport and Lindens Road.  Bridges have been built and craned into place, and trail has been built.  Further south the Elite Construction team has been industrious north of Te Ārai o Warau/The Wairau Affray towards Para Wetlands.  This will be a beautiful section of trail and work is proceeding at pace there.

Fissendon Construction get into their work...

Meanwhile in Kaikōura the Fissendon Construction team has begun upgrading exisiting trail between the town and Middle Creek  Part of the business case for the Whale Tail was to bring economic, health and well being, environmental and cultural benefits to the region and its communities.  So its particularly exciting to see local construction crew hard at work and starting to achieve those goals.
