Trail Upgrade at Kaikōura Complete

Fissenden Brothers complete the earlier upgrade work from Kaikōura to Middle Creek

We’re excited to share that the latest stage of upgrade work on the trail at Kaikōura has now been completed!

Part of the trail at the back of Whale Watch Kaikōura has been widened for safety and finished with a fresh layer of limestone chip, tying it seamlessly into the main trail. These improvements not only make the track more accessible but also ensure it blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape.

A big thank you goes to the Fissenden Brothers team, who carried out this stage of the project. Their work builds on the earlier upgrades from Kaikōura to Middle Creek, helping us create a trail that’s enjoyable for walkers, runners, and cyclists alike.
