Mount Fyffe, Manakau, Snowflake & Alexander reach up to the west with the blue blue Pacific Ocean to your east, enjoy the journey to or from Te Taumanu o te Waka a Māui
At the south side of the Hapuku River, enjoy a delightful native bush trail along the true right of the river towards the coast. You then head South along the coastal area on quiet rural roads before an 3.3km off road section through the costal dunes towards the Whale Watch headquarters.
A series of coastal boardwalks leads you into the centre of Kaikoura town centre. Look out for whales, dolphins, seals along the way as well as the endangered Hutton Shearwater bird which is unique to this area.
